What are the InMission 2026 Trails?
InMission is structured around learning paths, designed to respect the diversity of callings, contexts, and challenges of mission today.
During Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, participants will have general moments of inspiration and fellowship, interspersed with thematic tracks, in which each person can choose where to deepen their listening, reflection, and practical learning.
The trails are not just lectures. They function as paths of formation, composed of real experiences, case studies, ongoing projects, honest learning (including mistakes), open dialogue, and spiritual discernment. They are spaces for genuine exchange, where those who live the mission share what they have done, learned, and faced in the field.
Each participant chooses the path that best resonates with their current reality, ministry, or stage of life, all geared towards the same purpose: cooperating with God in what He is doing today.
Course Outlines – InMission 2026
This track is dedicated to training Christian leaders who work in complex contexts, especially in urban environments. The emphasis is on spiritual, ethical, and missional leadership, considering the contemporary challenges facing the church, decision-making in times of crisis, caring for people, and leading communities in transformation. Biblical leadership models, servant leadership, the emotional health of leaders, and practices that strengthen long-term mission will be discussed.
The Discipleship track addresses discipleship as an ongoing process of personal development, not as an isolated program. The focus is on relational practices, spiritual mentorship, the formation of new leaders, and the growth of faith in daily life. Contextualized discipleship models, practical experiences, challenges faced in local churches, and pathways to forming disciples who live their faith in a way that is integrated with their mission will be presented.
This track discusses proclaiming the gospel in urban contexts marked by cultural diversity, social inequality, and secularization. The focus is on relevant, embodied, and context-sensitive approaches that address the real questions of people in cities. Experiences, strategies, lessons learned, and challenges of urban evangelism will be shared, always based on real-world practices and biblical reflection.
The Communication track explores how the church can communicate the gospel faithfully, creatively, and contextually in the contemporary world. Topics such as institutional communication, strategic use of social media, storytelling and language, digital media, and ethics in communication will be discussed. The focus is not only on technology, but also on message, intention, and impact, understanding communication as an essential part of the mission.
Designed for churches facing stagnation, aging, or loss of missionary relevance, this track addresses processes of spiritual, relational, and missionary revitalization. Case studies, biblical principles, pastoral practices, and possible paths to renew communities without losing their identity, valuing their history and opening space for new movements of the Spirit, will be presented.
This track discusses the church’s mission with new generations, considering childhood, adolescence, and youth. The emphasis is on holistic formation, faith education, generational language, and contemporary cultural challenges. Educational experiences, intergenerational projects, discipleship of children and young people, and practices that help the church and school engage with those growing up in a deeply conflicted and uncertain world will be addressed.
It brings together experiences of Christian action in different realities of the city: poverty, social vulnerability, health, welcoming, service, and justice. The focus is on holistic mission, service as an expression of the Gospel, and the Christian presence embodied in the urban territory. Projects, challenges, and lessons learned from those who live the mission daily, in the most varied social and economic contexts, will be shared.

Focused on specific mission contexts, this track addresses reaching urban subcultures and groups often marginalized or underreached by the traditional church. Themes such as identity, language, listening, empathy, and missionary presence will be discussed, drawing from concrete experiences and theological reflection. The focus is on learning to serve and witness with respect, sensitivity, and faithfulness to the gospel.
The trails will be chosen by the participants one week before the event, when the complete schedule for each trail will be released and everyone will be invited to register for one of the trails.
