Great Things

In 2025 we were challenged to rethink evangelism; now we are called to take a step forward. In 2026, the theme is: Great Things.

This simple expression carries a profound biblical conviction:

God continues to act in history — not only in the past, but here, now, in the complex and plural urban context in which we live.

Great Things” they don’t refer to triumphalism, empty numbers, or strategies disconnected from reality. They speak of:

  • a mission rooted in grace;
  • a church that listens before speaking;
  • leaders and communities willing to believe that God still transforms people, cities, and history;
  • an evangelism born from the encounter between faith, intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and concrete action.

In Mission 2026 invites pastors, leaders, students, researchers, and mission agents to reflect together:

  • What great things does God want to accomplish today?
  • How can we discern divine action amidst the tensions of today’s world?
  • What kind of church is needed to participate, with humility and courage, in what God is already doing?

More than just an event, In Mission remains a space for formation, listening, and sending—where theology meets practice, and urban mission is considered with depth, spirituality, and responsibility.

Because we believe that God’s great things continue to happen—and we are called to be a part of them.

Missioncast

Today, churches grow and reach people in very different ways than they did a few years ago. Missiocast features deep and practical conversations with experts, leaders, and speakers from In Mission, addressing the themes, challenges, and trends they will present during the event.

In each episode, you will get early access to ideas, strategies, and stories that help you better understand the landscape of urban mission and prepare your team to make the most of the conference. It is a way to expand your learning even before arriving at In Mission.
